Lavender never seems to lose its appeal: this is by far our most popular soap! It has a classic light lavender scent. Sometimes lavender can be overpowering, but this soap has just the right amount to make it smell fresh and herbal, just like the flower itself. Lavender is well known to have relaxing aromatherapy properties: it is calming, it promotes sleep, and it eases anxiety. In addition, it is beneficial for both acne-prone skin and dry skin, and it can reduce itching (some say it is even beneficial for those suffering from psoriasis). Long Live Lavender soap is 100% natural!

Purple Urchin soaps are made with a healthy dose of olive oil, making them gentle and moisturizing. We do not remove the naturally-occurring glycerin from our soaps, adding an extra boost of hydration. They lather up well due to the coconut oil.

Handmade soap should not be left sitting in water, as this will cause it to disintegrate. Please be sure to keep it on a slotted soap dish, so it can dry out between uses.
