We are very happy to announce that Purple Urchin products will be sold in the brand new Whole Foods Market location in Lansdowne Park.

Whole Foods is an international company that carries the finest natural and organic foods available, with an emphasis on quality. When it comes to body care, they select products that look and feel good, have purposeful ingredients, and also get the job done. As a company, they also focus on products that have little environmental impact, support organic farmers, promote sustainable agriculture/aquaculture, and animal welfare.

One thing we are particularly excited about with Whole Foods Lansdowne’s opening is that for the first time ever some of our products will be available unpackaged – that’s right, naked PU!  Although all of our packaging is either biodegradable or recyclable, choosing an unpackaged product is going yet a step further in lessening our environmental footprint. Naked Purple Urchin products include bar soaps, bath cubes, and bath salts. In fact, we have made four new scented bath salts (on top of our normal scents) that were created just for Whole Foods. See their store to try out our new Eucalyptus, Orange, Lavender, and Cedarwood Dead Sea salts.

The grand opening of the Lansdowne Whole Foods Market is November 18th, 2014. Come visit our table set up between 9 am and 1 pm to say hi and snag some free samples.
