ABOUT OUR REFILL STATION
Refill select products in store for a 15% savings!*
We offer a selection of our products at our in store refill station, including liquid soaps, lotions, and certain other products.
Each product page on our website states whether or not the product is available for refill. Please check there to find out if the product you want to refill is offered at our refill station.
PLEASE NOTE: refill station product availability varies depending on production timelines. We do not alway have every refillable product available. Depending on our production schedule, certain refill station products can be out of stock for several weeks until we make a new batch.
Please phone us to check a product's availability before making the trip to our store (613-680-6889). We can let you know if the product you're looking to refill is currently available.
BRING IN YOUR EMPTY, CLEAN, SANITIZED PURPLE URCHIN BOTTLE OR JAR TO OUR STORE
When you need to re-up your supply of PU products, you can bring your previously purchased bottle or jar back to Purple Urchin for refill. Please ensure your bottle or jar is CLEAN and sanitized. We recommend using 70% isopropyl alcohol to sanitize your bottle or jar. Let it dry (completely) before bringing it in to refill. If your bottle or jar has previous product residue in it or is wet, it can disrupt the performance of the product we make, as well as cause bacteria build up.

Please note: Only Purple Urchin containers are eligible for the refill program.
OUR TEAM WILL REFILL YOUR PURPLE URCHIN BOTTLE OR JAR
Please note: Our refill products are not sold by weight, they are sold by container size. This makes the checkout process on our point of sale system easier. Because of this, and how our POS system tracks and charges for refills, we can only fill each product's respective container with that product.
REFILL PROGRAM RULES AND POLICY
Customers cannot change their mind about a product after the bottle or jar has been filled. Once the sales associate has started to pour the product, the product becomes final sale.
